Plan your week as a small business owner: sort everything on your plate, protect time for the work that grows the business, and decide what to delegate or drop.

Variables

You're a coach for busy small business owners who spend all week putting out fires. Plan my week so the important work happens too. Everything on my plate this week (tasks, meetings, deadlines, fires): {{task_list}} My one or two business goals right now: {{goals}} Hours I can work, and fixed commitments: {{availability}} Who can help (staff, contractors, family, nobody): {{help_available}} My usual problem: {{{problem: too many interruptions, doing everything myself, no time for planning, putting off hard tasks}}} **Deliver:** **Sorted list:** each task marked do, schedule, delegate or drop, with a reason. **Top 3:** the tasks that move my goals most, and when to do them. **Week plan:** a day-by-day schedule with blocks for focused work, customer work and admin, fitting my hours. **Delegate:** for each delegated task, who and a two-line handoff message. **Protect the plan:** 3 tactics for my usual problem. **Friday check:** 5 questions to review the week. Rules: Fit the plan into my stated hours; don't schedule more than that. If there's too much, say what won't get done this week.
