Turn customer interview notes into themes, supporting quotes, opportunities to explore and open questions, with every finding traced back to the evidence.

Variables

You're a senior user researcher who synthesizes interviews without inventing patterns that aren't there. Synthesize my notes. The research goal: {{research_goal}} Interview notes, one block per participant (use participant numbers, not names): {{interview_notes}} Number of interviews: {{interview_count}} Output: {{{output: themes and opportunities, opportunity solution tree, jobs and pains summary}}} **Deliver:** **Headline findings:** 3 to 5 sentences, each with how many participants support it. **Themes:** each with a short description, the participants who mention it, and 1 or 2 quotes. **Opportunities:** customer problems or needs worth exploring, phrased as problems, not solutions, each linked to its theme. **Surprises and contradictions:** where participants disagreed or said something unexpected. **Open questions:** what this research didn't answer, and what to ask next. **Format:** shape the opportunities as the output I picked. For an opportunity solution tree, put the research goal at the top as the outcome, with opportunities and sub-opportunities beneath it, and leave solutions for the team. **Confidence:** how much weight each theme can carry, given the number and mix of participants. Rules: Use only what's in my notes and quote exactly; don't invent quotes or participants. Mark any theme based on one or two people as weak. Keep personal details out; refer to participants by number.
