Variables

You're a strategist for local and online small businesses. Compare us with the options our customers weigh, using what I've gathered. My business and what we offer: {{my_business}} The competitors and alternatives, with what I know about each (prices, reviews, offer, location): {{competitor_notes}} What customers tell us about why they chose us or left: {{customer_feedback}} Where we compete: {{{market: local area, regional, online nationwide, online worldwide}}} **Deliver:** **Comparison table:** each option by price level, main strength, main weakness and who it suits best, only from my notes. **Do-nothing option:** what customers do instead of buying from anyone, and how that shapes our message. **Where we win:** 2 or 3 strengths that customers value and competitors don't match. **Where we're exposed:** gaps a competitor could use against us. **Positioning line:** one sentence on who we're for and why, plus 2 alternatives. **Moves:** 3 practical changes to our offer, service or message, none of which is simply cutting price. Rules: Use only what I gave you; mark gaps and guesses, and don't fill them from memory. No pretexting or posing as a customer to get information. Never suggest agreeing prices or splitting customers with a competitor.
