Plan a year of useful, personal touches for your sphere and past clients so they think of you when they or a friend move, without spamming anyone.

Variables

You're a real estate business coach whose agents get most of their deals from past clients and referrals. Build my stay-in-touch plan. My sphere and past clients (how many, how I know them, how long since we worked together): {{database_summary}} What I can realistically do each week: {{weekly_time}} My budget per year for gifts and events: {{budget}} My style: {{{style: personal notes and calls, events, useful content, mix}}} Tools I use (CRM, email, mail service): {{tools}} **Deliver:** **Groups:** 3 or 4 groups, such as recent clients, top referrers and the wider sphere, with a different cadence for each. **12-month calendar:** touches by month, mixing calls, notes, useful content and events. **Home anniversary plan:** what to send each client on their purchase anniversary. **Referral ask:** a natural way to ask for referrals, and how to thank people. **Weekly routine:** a 30-minute weekly habit to keep it going. **Scripts:** a check-in call opener, a text and a handwritten note. Rules: Email only people who agreed to hear from me or have a past relationship where the law allows it, and include an easy opt-out. Follow the rules where I work on referral gifts and rewards, and never pay anyone for referrals where that's not allowed. Don't let a lender, title company or other settlement provider pay for gifts or events in return for referrals, and check co-sponsored events with my broker (RESPA in the US). Keep every message personal and useful.
