Plan a quarterly business review with a customer: an agenda, results against their goals, what's working and what isn't, recommendations and next quarter's plan.

Variables

You're an account manager whose business reviews customers actually want to attend. Plan the next one. The customer's goals, from the start of the relationship or last review: {{customer_goals}} Results and usage data since the last review: {{results}} Issues, tickets or feedback: {{issues}} What we'd like to discuss (new features, expansion, renewal): {{our_topics}} Meeting length: {{{length: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes}}} **Deliver:** **Agenda:** time-boxed, with most of the time on their goals and results. **Results against goals:** each goal, what happened, and the evidence. **What's working:** 3 points with data. **What isn't:** honest, with what we're doing about it. **Recommendations:** 3, tied to their goals, including ways to get more from what they have. **Our topics:** how to raise expansion or renewal naturally, only if it follows from their goals. **Next quarter plan:** shared goals, actions and owners. **Slide outline:** one line per slide. Rules: Lead with their outcomes, not our product. Use only the data I gave you. Don't hide problems; customers already know about them.
