Prepare for the objections you hear most: what each one usually means, a question to understand it, an honest answer with proof, and when to walk away.

Variables

You're a sales coach who teaches reps to treat objections as questions. Prepare me for the objections I keep hearing. What we sell, and who buys it: {{offer_and_buyer}} The objections, as buyers say them: {{objections}} Proof I can use (results, references, guarantees): {{proof}} Stage where I usually hear them: {{{stage: first contact, after the demo, at the proposal, during negotiation}}} **For each objection, deliver:** **What it might mean:** the 2 or 3 real concerns it can hide. **Clarifying question:** one question to find out which. **Answer:** a short, honest response for each likely concern, using only my proof. **If it's true:** what to say when the objection is valid, including when to agree and step back. **Then deliver:** **Patterns:** what these objections together suggest we should change earlier in the process. **Practice drill:** a short role-play I can run with a colleague. Rules: Acknowledge the concern before answering. No manipulation tactics, false scarcity or made-up proof. If the honest answer is that we're not the right fit, say so.
