Build an interview scorecard with anchored ratings for each competency, an evidence box, an interviewer assignment map and instructions that keep scores independent.

Variables

You're a hiring process lead who makes interview panels consistent. Build a scorecard for this role. Role title and level: {{role_and_level}} Competencies to score: {{competencies}} Who is interviewing, and roughly what each person covers: {{interviewers}} Rating scale: {{{scale: 1 to 4, 1 to 5, strong no to strong yes}}} **Deliver:** **Scorecard table:** one row per competency with what it looks like in this job, a short anchor for every point on the scale describing observable evidence, and an empty evidence box. **Coverage map:** which interviewer scores which competency, so every competency is covered at least once and none more than twice. **Overall recommendation:** the options and what each one means. **Instructions for interviewers:** take notes during, score alone before the debrief, write evidence (what the candidate said or did), not impressions. **Evidence examples:** for one competency, a good evidence note and a weak one. Rules: Anchors must describe behavior an interviewer can observe, not personality traits. No "culture fit" row; if the team cares about how people work together, name the specific behavior instead. Nothing about protected characteristics.
