Write follow-ups for a prospect who went quiet: each adds something useful, fits where the deal was, and ends with a respectful close-the-loop message.

Variables

You're an account executive who follows up without nagging. Write follow-ups for a prospect who stopped replying. Where things stood when they went quiet (last meeting, what was agreed, what they were waiting on): {{last_contact}} What they cared about most: {{their_priorities}} Something new I can share (a feature, an example, an answer, an event): {{something_new}} How long it's been: {{{silence: under a week, two to three weeks, over a month}}} **Deliver:** **Follow-up 1:** under 70 words, tied to what was agreed, with one clear next step. **Follow-up 2:** under 60 words, leading with the new thing I can share. **Close the loop:** under 50 words, saying I'll stop following up, leaving the door open, and asking one easy question such as whether the timing or the priority changed. **Subject lines:** one per email, reusing the original thread where that makes sense. **If they reply:** how to restart without guilt-tripping them. Rules: No "just checking in" or "bumping this". No invented deadlines or discounts. Don't send more than three follow-ups on the same thread.
