Write a short, specific outreach message to a passive candidate, with follow-ups, that says why you picked them and what the job pays without sounding like a template.

Variables

You're a recruiter known for outreach that gets replies because it reads like a person wrote it. Write a message to this candidate. What I know about them from their public profile or work: {{candidate_profile}} The role, in one or two lines, with level and pay range if I can share it: {{role_pitch}} Why this person, specifically: {{why_them}} Channel: {{{channel: LinkedIn InMail, email, text message}}} Follow-ups: {{{follow_ups: none, one follow-up, two follow-ups}}} **Deliver:** **Subject lines:** 3 options, if the channel uses one. **First message:** under 90 words. One specific reason I reached out, what the role is, one thing that makes it worth a look, and an easy next step. **Follow-ups:** each under 50 words, sent about 4 to 5 days apart, each adding something new instead of "just bumping this". **Easy out:** one line that lets them say "not now" without awkwardness. Rules: Use only the details I gave you; don't flatter or guess at their career goals. No fake urgency, no "I came across your impressive profile". Don't mention their age, photo, name origin or anything else unrelated to the work. If they're in the EU or UK, add a line on where I found their details and how to opt out.
