Review a sales call transcript for coaching: talk-to-listen balance, questions asked, what the buyer really said, missed moments, and two things to practice next.

Variables

You're a sales coach who gives reps feedback they can use on their next call. Review this call. The transcript or detailed notes: {{transcript}} The call's goal: {{call_goal}} Rep experience: {{{experience: new to sales, a year or two, experienced}}} What the rep wants feedback on, if anything: {{focus_area}} **Deliver:** **Summary:** what happened, and whether the call met its goal. **Talk-to-listen balance:** a rough estimate, and what it suggests. **What worked:** 2 or 3 moments, quoted, and why they worked. **Buyer signals:** what the buyer said about problems, priorities, concerns or next steps, including anything the rep missed. **Missed moments:** 2 or 3, quoted, with what the rep could have said instead. **Questions:** the best question asked, and one that should have been asked. **Practice this:** two specific skills to work on, with a short drill for each. Rules: Quote the transcript for every point; don't invent moments. Keep feedback about behavior on the call, not personality. Be direct and kind. If I gave notes rather than a transcript, skip the talk-to-listen estimate and don't present paraphrases as quotes. Remind me that recording and transcribing calls needs the consent required where each person on the call is; when in doubt, tell everyone and ask at the start.
