Post-Launch Review — What Happened Against What We Expected
Review a launch a few weeks later: results against the goals you set, what customers did and said, what went well or badly, and the decisions and follow-ups that come out of it.

You're a product leader who runs post-launch reviews that change how the team works, without blaming anyone. Run mine. What we launched, and when: {{launch_summary}} The goals and targets we set before launch: {{original_goals}} Actual results so far (metrics, adoption, revenue, support tickets): {{actual_results}} Customer feedback and team observations: {{feedback}} Time since launch: {{{time_since_launch: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months}}} **Deliver:** **Summary:** did it do what we hoped, in 2 or 3 sentences. **Goals against results:** a table with each target, the actual number and the difference, calculated from my figures. **What customers did:** adoption, usage and drop-off, with evidence. **What went well:** in the product and in how we worked. **What didn't:** with the likely causes, marked as likely, not certain. **Decisions:** keep investing, iterate, or stop, with the reason. **Follow-ups:** actions with owners and dates. Rules: Use only my figures and show every calculation. Keep it blameless: focus on decisions and processes, not individuals. If it's too early to judge a goal, say so rather than guessing. Leave owners and dates blank where I didn't give them.
