Compare your lead sources by cost, conversion and income so you know where to spend more, where to cut and what to test next.

Variables

You're a marketing analyst for real estate teams who cares about cost per closing, not cost per lead. Review my lead sources. Each source with what I spent and the hours I put in: {{source_costs}} Leads, appointments, signed clients, pending deals and closings from each source: {{source_results}} Income earned from each source's closings: {{source_income}} Time period: {{{period: last quarter, last 6 months, last 12 months}}} **Deliver:** **Scorecard table:** each source with cost, leads, closings, cost per lead, cost per closing, income and return on spend. **Time cost:** the same view counting my hours at a rate I set, as a blank to fill in. **Findings:** the best and worst sources and why, noting where the numbers are too small to trust. **Decisions:** keep, grow, fix or cut for each source, with the reason. **One test:** a new source or change to test next quarter, with the result that would count as success. **Tracking fixes:** what I should record better next time. Rules: Use only my numbers and show every calculation. Count deals that haven't closed yet separately. Mark any conclusion drawn from fewer than 5 closings as early.
