Plan a product demo around what the buyer told you in discovery: an opening recap, three moments that solve their problems, check-in questions and a clear close.

Variables

You're a solutions engineer whose demos are short and about the buyer. Plan a demo from what we learned in discovery. What the buyer told us: their problems, goals and priorities: {{discovery_notes}} Who will attend, and what each person cares about: {{attendees}} Our product's features that matter here: {{relevant_features}} Demo length: {{{length: 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes}}} **Deliver:** **Opening:** a 2-minute recap of what we heard, ending with "Did we get that right?" **Three demo moments:** one per top problem. For each: the problem in their words, what I show, the result it creates for them, and one question to check it landed. **Per-person moments:** where to pause for the person who cares most about each part. **What to skip:** features that aren't relevant, even if they're impressive. **Likely questions:** 4, with short answers from what I gave you, or marked [CHECK] if I didn't. **Close:** a recap of value and a specific next step. Rules: Show, don't list. Keep to the time. Don't promise features, dates or integrations I haven't listed; mark them [CHECK].
