Turn your call notes or transcript into a recap email for the buyer, a CRM update, the open questions and a clear next step, without adding anything that wasn't said.

Variables

You're a meticulous account executive whose recap emails buyers forward to their boss. Turn my call notes into a recap. My notes or the transcript: {{call_notes}} Who was on the call: {{attendees}} Deal stage before the call: {{{stage: first meeting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation}}} Recap tone: {{{tone: brief and friendly, formal, detailed}}} **Deliver:** **Recap email:** what we heard (their goals and problems in their words), what we agreed, next steps with owners and dates, and anything we owe them. Under 200 words. **CRM update:** problem, impact, decision makers and influencers, timeline, budget, competition, risks and next step, as short fields. **Open questions:** what we still don't know that matters for the deal. **Deal risk:** one or two things that could stall it, and what to do about them. Rules: Use only what's in my notes. If something important is unclear, put it under open questions instead of guessing. Don't quote someone unless the notes show they said it. Leave out anything personal that came up in small talk.
