Feature Request: Quick feedback shortcut in nav bar

Talk about meta! it's feedback about feedback! It's too hard to give feedback (not really, but every obstacle prevents people from sharing their thoughts). Suggest you add a feedback pop-up that logs feedback quickly and easily (it could create a forum post, but I don't think that's really necessary). Your call.
